What Does Shipping Include?


All orders are placed at Nofox.in are dispatched via reputed couriers. Currently, we are shipping through Delhivery, Vxpress, DTDC & many more.
All the orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Please note that all orders are subject to stock availability, and orders are typically shipped within 1 – 2 working days and take an additional 4-7 working days of shipment time. For some destinations in NORTHEAST, the shipment time may be longer (up to 15 days).
During the sale or festival period, some orders may take a longer time for delivery as well.
Currently, we are serving in India only.

In the unusual event that any item you have ordered is physically not available, or not in a condition to be shipped to you, we shall inform you accordingly, and cancel the item(s) from your order. In such cases, your credit card will not be charged.

How Can I Track My Product Shipment?


Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number. A mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with the tracking number.
In order to track the order, go to the website of the service provider mentioned in your mail or you can check your order status by logging in to our website and clicking on Track your Order.

Partial Orders:


If an item goes on partial order (i.e. if you order 2 products and we only have 1 in stock) we will initiate you to explain the situation before shipping the product.
We may ship you the part of your order that is in stock after consenting and when the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.
You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling charges for the second shipment. We also provide you the option either to cancel the order of the item which is not in stock OR you can buy another product in place of your previously ordered item (which is not in stock).
In case the Buyer chooses to cancel the item which is not in stock then we will refund you back the relevant amount of Rupees to your credit card account within 7 business days.
Free Shipping:


Free shipping is available on orders above Rs.1000 only.
For pincodes tagged ODA (Outside of delivery area) by our logistics service provider, shipping charges may apply.
Cash on Delivery (COD):


Cash on Delivery (COD) will be available on orders above Rs.999 up to Rs.12000/- and it also depends on the courier partner servicing the Pin Code to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if COD is available in your location.
NOTE: All liquid products are shipped by Surface due to the restriction imposed by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) and/or the State’s Regulatory Requirements on the courier service providers.

Refund & Return

Nofox gladly accepts returns on all new merchandise.


Note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please try to include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials to avoid being penalized.


Return and Refund:


In the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with what you ordered, just return it to us in the original packaging and we will refund you, subject to 15% restocking fees.


*After 3 days of the Delivered date, we will not accept any refunds or returns.


*Refunds will be given on items only and exclude shipping costs or any other charges. All items must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition.


*Certain items are not returnable, all Liquid products, Polishers, Products on sale/discount & some plastic products.


*For COD orders, we offer return/exchange but the amount is refunded in the Nofox wallet which you can use in your future orders.


*Customer returns for items received as part of a “free shipping” offer will be credited for the amount of the returned items less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.


*The final amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days upon receiving the returned product.

Replacement:


If you have received an item in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition or it is ‘Not as Described’, you may request a replacement at no extra cost, or in case we can’t replace the product we will give you a full refund.


When packaging your items for shipping, include a copy of the original invoice in the package.


We strongly recommend packing any items with fragile components with sufficient padding. Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.

Cancellation Policy:


You may cancel your order at any time before shipment of the order, within 24 hours of the time your order was placed. Orders canceled after 24 hours before shipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be subtracted from the credit amount issued to your credit card. Pricing Policy:


The Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself as shared by Manufacturers or Distributors.


While we attempt to ensure that this information is accurate, there may be cases where the price of the product delivered is different from the price given on the website due to various reasons including time lag in updating prices post changes in price, the different prices being used by manufacturers in different regions


In this case, we will only charge you the price you place the order.
